4 Payments & Financial Data
All payments on the LearnTeachArt and Prepxa platforms are processed exclusively through our secure third-party payment processor. Bruxel Academy does not store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or full banking information on our servers.
Bruxel Academy collects a platform fee per completed session. Teachers are paid the remaining amount through automated payouts handled by our payment processor.
5 Session Recordings
Sessions conducted on LearnTeachArt and Prepxa are recorded for the exclusive benefit of enrolled students. Recordings are:
- Accessible only to the student(s) who attended the session and the teacher who conducted it
- Stored securely on encrypted cloud servers
- Not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes
- Retained for a reasonable period to allow students to review their sessions
By using our platform, both students and teachers consent to session recording as part of the service.
6 Children's Privacy
Our services are available to users of all ages, including minors. For users under the age of 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
For users between 13 and 17, we recommend parental involvement during registration and use of the platform. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, modify, or delete their child's information.
All student-teacher communication takes place exclusively within the app. Teachers are prohibited from soliciting personal contact information from students outside the platform.
